More Information

  • Ensure proper daily preparation of dough for pastries, breads, desserts, etc.
  • Bake organic breads, pastries and desserts for our two bakeries/cafes and wholesale distribution in the Napa area.
  • Assist in re-order of ingredients as needed.
  • Properly maintain the kitchen area.
